Uvalde Run

JR and I went to town last night. As usual, stopped by Ruby's for a drink and he played some pool with the local shark. We thought we'd get a burger so found a Jack in the Box -- and it was freezing inside -- they had the a/c on and said it was automatic so they couldn't change it. We ate in the truck. Wallyworld for supplies and then home.

The Jack in the Box receipt had a survey number to call, so I did and got a chance to complain.

Next weekend will be much more exciting. We're going to Waco to stay with a friend of his and go country dancing at least two night. Am looking forward to it and will report fully.

Other than that, life is quiet. Store reorganization is coming along. Weather is being nice. Start for home in one month.
